With many exterior finishes available, we like to use custom window colors to match exterior trim. We install Hardie or Nichiha fiber cement siding, brick and stucco on all exteriors. Vinyl is limited to soffits and porch ceilings.

Quality Flooring

Hardwoods, ceramic tile and high quality laminate floors.

In our homes, we install many varieties of flooring. Hardwood, finished or unfinished, high quality wood laminates, ceramic and porcelain tiles. Carpeting is limited to bedrooms and it is recommended that high quality pad and carpet are used.

Custom Interior Trim

Crown mouldings, tray ceilings & coffered ceilings.

Custom homes require custom interior trim packages. Our homes feature lighted tray ceilings, coffered ceilings, multiple piece crown mouldings, wall panelizations and a variety of baseboard and window trim options. In a custom home, there is no standard.
